Our Food 
  • Our produce is organically grown, much of it coming from local sources.
  • Our breads, cookies, and biscottis, are locally made and use many organic ingredients.
  • Our cheeses are primarily organic.
  • Our truffles are locally made by Calio Confections, with all organic ingredients.
  • Our raw cacao chocolates are made by Sedona Chocolate Superfoods, using all raw and organic ingredients.
  • We use only organic extra virgin unfiltered cold pressed olive oil in our food. It comes from California from a small producer who presses the olives on site.
  • Our herbs, spices, and seasonings are all organic.
  • All items can be served vegan, without cheese, per customer request.
  • Our pesto is vegan.
  • We salt our food with mineral salt, which is much lower in sodium than sea salt or commercial salt. It is pink in color and comes from the Earth rather than the sea. This type of salt is actually good for you.
  • The chefs who handle the food are aware of the importance of having a positive attitude while cooking. Our food is made with LOVE!
