Herbs have been used for natural healing and nourishment for many thousands of years. There are many traditions of herbalism being practiced today. Although I use Chinese and Ayurvedic herbs and formulas, my training focused primarily on Western Herbal Medicine. My role as an herbalist is to educate my clients in the safe, wise and prudent use of herbs, according to the traditions I have studied and practiced, in order to work toward achieving natural health and balance. My approach to herbal medicine is both scientific and intuitive. I do not attempt to diagnose, treat or cure a person’s medical condition, nor do I promise or guarantee the effects, results or outcome following herbal therapy. I commit to do my best for each client, and will offer referrals if I feel your situation is beyond the scope of my understanding and/or ability.

The fee for a private herbal consultation is $80.00 per hour. Fees are due at the time of the consultation, and are payable in cash, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, or check made out to Kita Centella. Cost for all herbal preparations is separate.
