Chocolate Festival at Chakra 4 – Saturday, October 17th, 10am – 6:30pm Celebrate magical marvelous Chocolate in all its healthy delicious glory. Enjoy sweet and savory dishes, entrees, and desserts made with heavenly cacao. Participate in free presentations by Arizona chocolatiers Michelle Calio of Calio Confections, Jeffrey Botticelli of Fortina… Exotice Living Chocolate, and Kelly Johnson of Sedona Chocolate Superfoods. Discover the marvels, mystery, and medicine of Theobroma cacao, Chocolate, ancient food of the gods. The chocolatiers will have their chocolate products for sale andsampling that day as well. (note: the café and store will close at 6:30 that day to prepare for the Cacao ceremony at 7:30)

Sacred Cacao Ceremony at Chakra 4 – Saturday, October 17th, 7:30pm – 9:30pm (or until it is over) Drink sacred Cacao, traditionally prepared as it was thousands of years ago by the ancient Maya. It is believed that the Spirit of Cacao has the power to reveal and unlock the secrets of the soul. The Sacred Cacao ceremony, facilitated by Jeffrey Botticelli and Kelly Johnson, will be held in meditative silence to a background of sacred sound healing. Pre-registration required; registration cut-off is Friday Oct.16th, so register ahead of time. Cost is based on one’s financial status; the suggested financial contribution range is between $4 and $500. Ceremony limited to 20 participants. Bring a blanket, pillow, or cushion.

All Hallows Feast and Costume Party – Friday, October 30th, 7:30 – 9:30 pm, reservations encouraged Chakra 4 celebrates Halloween and Dia de los Muertos with a special menu, an Altar to the Ancestors, and a costume party and contest. Bring a photo, memento, or flowers for the altar to remember loved ones who have crossed over. Costume contest winners receive a Halloween gift basket and a Chakra 4 gift certificate. Menu specials include Pumpkin Soup, Hot Spiced Cider, Spiced Baked Apples, Cuban Black Beans & Rice with Coconut Candied Yams. Paige Sullivan will read palm & tarot; Mary Versosky will be doing aura photos and chakra readings – an excellent evening for divination! Make your reservations early; reservations taken until Thursday, Oct. 29th.

Five Course Mind-Blowing Dinner Event– Friday, December 4th, 7:30 – 9:30, by reservation only. Chefs John and Justin pull out all the stops on their creativity and create a mind-blowing five course sumptuous meal. Menu details and pricing will be available in early November on our website, or by calling Chakra 4. Pricing will be per-person and per-couple.
