All sales final on bulk herbs and other bulk items.
Sealed shrink-wrapped items (tinctures, Chinese patent formulas, essential oils, carrier oils, incense, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as shrink-wrap is intact. We do our best to make sure all items being shipped are securely packaged. If breakage occurs during shipping, contact us for a replacement.
