| Cough relief formula
Ingredients:
- Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) – expectorant, antimicrobial
- Horehound (Marrubium vulgare) – antitussive, expectorant
- Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) – antitussive, expectorant
- Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) – decongestant, antimicrobial
- Fenugreek (Trigonella foecum-graecum) – expectorant, thins mucus
- Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) – lung tonic, expectorant
- Cayenne (Capsicum spp.) – circulatory stimulant, formula catalyst
- Lobelia (Lobelia inflata) - antispasmodic
Suggested Use:
- Adults, children over 12: 2 caps every 3-4 hours at the first sign of illness, tapering off as symptoms subside. If using as a preventative, 2 caps 3 times daily
- Children 6-12: take half the adult dose
- Children under 6: consult your herbalist or holistic practitioner
