Ingredients:

Amla (Emblica officinalis) high in alkaline vitamin C
Camu Camu (Myrciaria dubia) high in vitamin C
Rose Hips (Rosa canina) antifungal, immune stimulant
Elderberries (Sambucus nigra) high in vitamin C, bioflavinoids; antiviral protection
Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia) immune stimulant

Suggested Use:

Adults, children over 12: 1-2 caps every hour at the first sign of illness. If using as a preventative, 2 caps 3 times daily for one month
Children 6-12: take half the adult dose
Children under 6: consult your herbalist or holistic practitioner
