Ingredients:

Bilberry (Vaccinum myrtillus) – high in bioflavinoids and minerals, improves eyesight, useful for blood deficiencies (anemia)
Fo Ti (Polygonum multiflorum) – Chinese nutritive tonic herb, supports liver and kidneys, high in minerals
Lycii Berries (Lycium chinense) – another Chinese tonic herb, supports liver and kidneys, builds blood, aids eyesight
Dulse (Rhodymenia palmata) – a seaweed high in trace minerals, protein – nutrient-dense
Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) – another seaweed high in minerals and natural iodine, supports thyroid
Vegetable Glycerine – extracts nutrients from herbs, sweet taste
40% Grape Alcohol

Additional Information

Preparation and Serving Instructions: Use ¼ to ½ ounce elixir in 4 ounces sparkling water and 4 ounces grape juice. Other juices such as cranberry-hibiscus can also be used. Sour light juices are preferred over heavy sweet ones, as the elixir is quite sweet.
Notes on this formula: The overall amount of alcohol is rather low in this formula. This elixir is strengthening and energizing. Good for people who are on the go and don’t nourish properly. A feeling of warmth and strength can be felt in the body when drinking this elixir.
Cautionary note – Although the alcohol content is low, pregnant women and alcohol-sensitive people may wish to avoid. The alcohol can actually help increase the uptake of the herbs and nutrients.
