| This formula is based on the original formula used by a group of thieves in Toulouse, France during the time of the plague. According to the story, the thieves were robbing and stealing from the dead, without falling ill from the plague. They were finally apprehended, and sentenced to death. The judge allowed them their lives if they reveal their secret of how they were able to handle the diseased bodies and remain immune themselves. This is one version of that formula.
